It’s time to build your human skills.
You’ve spent years becoming qualified. You’ve got the expertise. But you’re tired of being overlooked at work while carrying the emotional weight of every workplace interaction.
Human Skill School teaches you the frameworks to work well with people without the exhaustion, so you can finally get recognised for the work you’re already doing.
Enrolment opens Monday 1 December. School starts Monday 5 January. Limited to 50 students.
Transformation heading
You’re great at what you do. But while you’re carrying the emotional labour of every conversation and second-guessing every move you make with coworkers, less-skilled people are getting the opportunities you want.
You’re left out of opportunities you could easily lead. Less experienced people get opportunities first. You have great ideas but freeze when it’s time to share them.
You’ve seen it happen
Without them, you
Carry the emotional weight of every interaction. Feel drained by meetings and small talk. Wing your way through moments that matter. Hold back while others get opportunities.
That’s where Human Skill School comes in. Over 7 weeks, you’ll learn to:
Show up with presence that gets you noticed
Read the room and adapt without overthinking
Share your ideas with clarity (and stop second-guessing yourself)
Have difficult conversations without the emotional hangover
Build relationships that feel natural, not forced
Think independently and solve problems without defaulting to AI
Stay steady through change and bounce back from setbacks
Go from: Exhausted by people at work. Second-guessing yourself. Overlooked for what you deserve.
To being: Energised. Clear on what to say and how to say it. Recognised and picked for what’s next.
Doors open Monday 1 December. Limited to 50 students.
It’s not your expertise that’s holding you back
It’s the human skills no one ever taught you, the frameworks for working with people without the guesswork and exhaustion.
Human Skills training is transforming people and careers
We’ve been building a world around human skills education for 2.5 years, training thousands of professionals who were tired of winging it through workplace interactions.
Now Human Skill School brings together the research, frameworks, and practical tools that helped them stop feeling exhausted by people and start getting recognised for their work.
Here’s how our workplace training and events have transformed people and their careers.
“Is Human Skill School right for me?”
You’re technically brilliant, but people at work drain you completely. You’ve tried the generic advice to “just be confident” but it hasn’t stuck. You need actual frameworks, not motivational quotes.
You’re tired of watching less experienced people get opportunities while you second-guess yourself. And you want to build your human skills with strategy, not by piecing together random advice and hoping for the best.
If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
Here’s what your time in Human Skill School will look like…
Designed for people who are already stretched thin. You won’t find homework that drains you further. You’ll find bite-sized lessons, practical tools you can use immediately, and live support to help you navigate real workplace situations.
Bite-size lessons
Each week you’ll watch 5 short lessons that share the research, frameworks, and practical tools you need to build each human skill.
Time: 20 minutes a day (or binge them at once if that works better)
Practical activities
You’ll implement each skill into your daily work using ready-to-use frameworks. No guessing, no winging it.
Time: 60 minutes per week (built into work you’re already doing)
This is a cohort-based online programme. Learn at your own pace throughout the week, then join live group sessions every week.
Live support session
You’ll join Hayley and other students to share wins, troubleshoot real situations, and learn from each other’s experiences.
Time: 60 minutes per week (in different timezones and recorded so you never miss out)

· Develop and refine ideas through experimentation
· Apply creative problem-solving to workplace challenges

Meet your teacher, Hayley Dawson
Hayley Dawson went from entry-level employee to senior leader by mastering human skills. She wasn’t the best English teacher, most talented Spanish translator, sharpest subtitler, or most experienced researcher – but she could communicate, collaborate, build relationships, and adapt. Really well.
She’s trained over 5,000 employees and students at ASOS, The King’s Trust, and Manchester Metropolitan University, and reached thousands more through her educational online content.
Now she’s created Human Skill School, the 7-week programme that teaches the research, frameworks, and practical tools that take the guesswork out of working with people, so you can finally get seen, valued, and chosen for the opportunities you want.
