Hayley Dawson founded Let’s Talk Human Skills with a simple mission: help people work well together and future-proof their careers.
Hayley wasn’t always the most technically skilled person in the room. But across 16 jobs in 4 different industries, she got promoted 6 times, managed teams, led projects, and watched her salary climb with each move.
Her secret?
It wasn’t what she knew. It was how she connected, communicated, and influenced others. She had strong human skills.
Hayley built a career as a Spanish translator, an educator, a researcher, and held multiple leadership roles. She had a realisation that the skills that actually drive career success aren’t the ones we learn in school or on the job. They’re the deeply human skills that help us connect and work well with others.
Since that realisation, Hayley has dedicated her time to researching and building a human skills curriculum that works.
Now she’s on a mission to teach people the essential human skills that make work, and working together, better.
