Deep down, we’re all craving workplaces where we truly understand each other and work well together. Our human skills training and keynote talks take the theory and help you put it into practice.
When it comes to human skills (a subsection of soft skills), most people focus on motivation and inspiration.
Our approach is through structured, research-backed education, so audiences leave with a personalised toolkit, the confidence to use it, and the clarity to create lasting behavioural change.
Whether you’re looking for an impactful keynote to round off an event, or a series of training sessions to engage your team long-term, we’re here to make it happen.
Our workshops and keynote sessions are based on the Human Skills Curriculum, and tailored to your needs
Our curriculum, which has helped thousands of people already, covers the 7 core skills that are essential in productive workplaces. We can deepdive on one, or cover them all, depending on what suits your needs best.
-
Post-pandemic, confidence levels are at an all-time low. But the right level of self-confidence and self-belief is crucial, because it increases likeability, influence, job satisfaction, respect, and your ability to get a project over the line.
-
Emotional intelligence underpins relationship-building, collaboration and understanding, as well as improving your bounceback rate (because setbacks are inevitable – but letting them define you isn’t).
-
Communication is vital to working in a team, yet we’ve never been taught how to listen, how to spark engaging conversation, how to adapt your communication style for different situations, or how to have difficult conversations – until now.
-
The most important career skill is being an easy person to work with; and that can be learned. Learn how to be that person, how to work with difficult people, how to give and receive feedback, and how to get the best out of each other as a team, at all levels of seniority.
-
We don’t work well in silos, so relationship building is crucial for success, both professionally and personally. It’s about knowing how to make a great first impression, how to actually connect whilst networking, how to build rapport, and how to support and celebrate others.
-
Even in the age of AI – and perhaps especially in the age of AI – it’s key to be able to think for ourselves and connect the dots between ideas. It’s all about operating from a curious mindset, implementing daily experimentation, and encouraging creativity (even when under pressure).
-
Nothing stays the same forever. Learning, unlearning and re-learning, knowing how to deal with change, balancing resilience and flexibility, and knowing how to help others adjust to new conditions, roles and people (as well as yourself), will stand you in good stead.
We’ve thought of everything, so you don’t have to.
With years of training and delivery under our belt, our keynote talks and workshop training are engaging, impactful, and totally unique.

FAQs
Asking questions is a key human skill – if yours isn’t listed here, feel free to email us.
-
On your call, we’ll chat through your team, your challenges, and the skills you want to develop. I'll then create a bespoke proposal for you, tailored to what we discussed, with my recommendations for a keynote or training session within there. Once that’s greenlit, we can lock in a date and a time with a deposit.
-
Depending on the format, sessions can run from 30 minutes to 3 and a half hours. I’ve run keynotes in as little as 30 minutes and done training workshops that took all day – every session is tailored to your business, so if you have any timing requirements or restrictions we can discuss them on a call.
-
Once we’re clear on your needs and the format, I will create a proposal for you which will include a fully fleshed-out quote.
-
They’re both impactful and engaging, but can thrive in different scenarios. If you have a clear idea of which it is, please do let me know in our call; otherwise, I can advise on what format I think would suit best.
-
That’s totally ok! We can discuss this on the call, to ensure you’re getting exactly the session you need.

Almost! Human skills are a type of soft skill, which stretch and mould across different tasks, jobs, careers and industries. Soft skills can be split into operational skills (like time management and organisation) and human skills (like the above).
