Meet Hayley

Hayley Dawson PhD is an educator, speaker, and community builder who believes the secret to doing well at work is being as human as possible.

With 12 years of teaching and research experience, Hayley’s human skills curriculum has helped over 5,000 people transform how they show up at work.

She has trained employees and students at ASOS, The King’s Trust, and University College London.

What people are saying…

“Hayley doesn’t just teach communication; she embodies it. From the moment she started speaking, it was clear we were in the hands of someone who not only deeply understands the subject but knows how to make it feel human, approachable, and actionable.”

- Oko Assembly

“Students were really engaged and said they enjoyed Hayley’s Wonder Web exercise, her reframing negative statement advice, and learning that failures make us more likeable! I 100% recommend working with Hayley if you’re looking for a smiley, warm and seamless facilitator who will share research underpinned tools with your staff or students.”

- Manchester Metropolitan University

“Both sessions had really good engagement from those in attendance, and Hayley delivered her messages with clarity and personality.”
